3 MULTIPRODUCT PRODUCTION UNITS

UNIT I

With a total capacity of 240 L processing volume, and a range of reactor sizes between 25 to 63 L, Unit I is used to manufacture and supply low volume products to the market.

This unit is equipped with:

63 L Glass lined Reactors
25, 60 and 100 L Glass Reactors
Vacuum Drying Ovens
ISO 8 Certified API Powder Handling Rooms

UNIT II

Designed and operated in line with GMP guidelines and international safety standards, Unit II is unique in Latin America.
This unit is equipped for the simultaneous processing and production of a wide variety of pharmaceutical products.
Unit II presents a total area of 2400 m2 and 22000 L of total processing volume.

This unit is equipped with

5 x 2000 L glass lined reactors
1 x 800 L glass lined reactors
3 x 2000 L SS316L reactors
1 x 800 L SS317L reactor
17 independent API powder handling rooms with ISO 8 certification
9 centrifuges of 300 Kg capacity
2 fluid bed dryers 300 Kg capacity
2 drying ovens of 300 Kg capacity
1 X 1200L BIN BLENDER
2 Micronizers

UNIT III

The Unit III is equipped for high volume single product manufacture. The facility allows for extended manufacturing campaigns to further maximize the unit ́s productive equipment and high-performance capabilities. Unit III presents a total area of 1200 m2 and a total processing volume of 20000L.
